Candle Care
Before Burning

• Trim your wick at least 1/4 inch. This prevents uneven burning, dripping or flaring.

• Avoid drafts, vents or air currents. This will help prevent rapid or uneven burning, sooting and excessive dripping.

• Burn for 2-4 hours and be sure to trim your wick before each use. This will help the candle burn evenly.

While Burning

• Never leave a burning candle left unattended or lit while sleeping.

• Don't burn your candle all the way down. For safety measures, stop burning your candle when there is 1/4 inch of wax left in the vessel.

• Keep candles out of reach of children and pets. Do not place your lit candle where there is potential for it to get knocked over.

• Be cautious of where you choose to burn your candle. Keep away from books, furniture, drapes, bedding, carpets, etc.

• If burning multiple candles at once, place each candle at least 3 inches away from each other. This is to ensure they don't melt one another or create their own drafts.

• If the flame becomes too high or starts to flicker repeatedly, extinguish your candle. Ensure that your candle is cooled down and trim your wick before re-lighting.

• Do not touch or move your lit candle.

When Extinguishing

• If available, use a candle snuffer to extinguish your candle. This is the safest way to prevent hot wax from splattering.

• Before leaving the room, ensure that your candle is completely out and there is no glow coming from the wick.

• Do not touch or move your candle until it has cooled down completely.
